one of the ways to know the dates of the exam is to visit the website and start an online application, before you proceed into paying, they will inform you of the dates and the location of the centers in Iran where you can sit in for the GRE test.
I think you can also find out about the dates on the website in the FAQ section, but the procedure gives you precise information including the centers in Iran
